Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby street was quite bothersome, especially at night when trying to sleep. I also missed having a hairdryer in the room, which would have been helpful.

Waking up to the delicious aroma of fresh local pastries was a highlight. The staff were incredibly helpful and allowed an early check-in, helping immensely with altitude adjustment.

The welcoming staff constantly went above and beyond, including offering local food options that enhanced our experience. On the downside, the noise from the nearby street could be disruptive at night, and the lack of hairdryers limited convenience. Additionally, soundproofing could use improvement, as early morning kitchen sounds were noticeable.

In my wife’s opinion, a hairdryer in the room would be great for families with kids.

The amazing breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering a variety of local delicacies, and the staff were simply delightful, accommodating an early check-in and providing complimentary coca tea which truly helped with the altitude adjustment. The location, steps from the bustling San Pedro market and only a 10-minute stroll to the Plaza de Armas, was just perfect for exploring.
